Orders and Pick-Up/Delivery Information
Orders can be picked up from our farm located in 24015 53 Ave E Myakka City, Florida. Pick-ups are by appointment only, and arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We are typically available for farm pick-ups Monday through Friday between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Other times may be available upon request.
You may also choose to have your birds delivered to your address via a private carrier. The fee for private carrier delivery is $2.99 per mile (calculated from Florida, FL, to your address).
To set up an appointment to pick up birds or to request delivery via private carrier, please fill out the form below.

We will respond shortly to confirm the availability of the birds and whether pick-up or delivery can be arranged for your preferred date and time. If applicable, we will also email you an invoice for a deposit or the full balance.
Before paying your invoice, please read all terms and conditions listed below as well as the information provided on your invoice. Payment of your invoice constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these terms and all other information provided here and on your invoice.

Terms and Conditions & Other Important Information

A 10% deposit is required to hold any birds scheduled for pick-up (whether from the farm, auctions, or other events).

Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels or is a no-show. However, if we are unable to provide the birds, the deposit will be fully refunded.

The remaining balance is due at pick-up and must be paid in cash.
For orders delivered via private carrier:

Full payment is required at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

If a customer cancels, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase, pick-up or delivery must occur within two weeks of the invoice date.
Crates:

Ducks and pheasants will be placed in crates you can take with you unless otherwise stated.

We do not supply crates for swans.

You may bring your own crate:

Small pet taxis work well for most ducks and pheasants.

Use multiple small taxis instead of one large one to prevent trampling injuries.

One large-breed dog crate is sufficient for one pair of swans.

Crate Transfers:

Customers who open crates to transfer birds are solely responsible for securing them.

If a bird is accidentally released, payment is still required.
Health & Guarantee:

All birds are guaranteed to be healthy and sound at the time of pick-up or delivery.

No additional guarantees are offered once the birds are in your care.

A health certificate from our vet is available upon request for $85.00 (1–50 birds). For more than 50 birds, please email for pricing.

Requests for health certificates must be made at least one week in advance.
If you’d like to add birds to an existing order, please notify us at least 24 hours before pick-up or 72 hours before delivery.
Please read your entire invoice carefully, as it may contain additional important details about your order.
All birds sold will be fully feathered and adult size at the time of pick-up or delivery. We do not sell ducklings or partially grown birds.
For Farm Pick-Up Orders:

We do not offer farm tours.

To ensure the safety of our customers and birds, and in accordance with USDA recommendations, customers are not allowed in the bird housing areas.

Most pick-up orders will be handled at our front gate.
